The intention of OWN is to help you achieve and maintain your Optimal Weight with grace and ease. The Network is the group of participants forming the energetic net of support.

Intention is the key to unlocking potential. So,

Sit in a quiet place for a few minutes, and place one hand on your heart center and one on your navel.

Breathe fully and gently into your belly. Intend from that peaceful place of heart / body connection.

Ask yourself what you really want. If you only know what you DON’T want, let that guide you to what you DO want.

Simple intentions can be the most powerful, for example, “I want to feel good about myself.”

yourself or for any group of which you are a member. For example, "I
intend receiving loving support and encouragement from my friends and
family."
